The delivery time is 21 days from the date of payment. The delivery date offered is an estimated date which may vary depending on external factors. Bullfeet guarantees delivery time except in situations, events or circumstances beyond our control (customer unavailability, adverse weather conditions, errors in shipping information, legal procedures, etc.). Shipping is free for orders above 100€. All other orders will pay a flat rate (regardless of the number of products) of 5,5€.

7. After-Sales Policy: returns and fixings

Bullfeet offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee on all its products. This guarantee consists of:

• 1. Take your garment to any local tailor and we will refund the cost of alterations*

• 2. In cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, we will resend the garment to you
• 3.

• 1. Take the garment to your nearest local tailor (or alteration shop)
.
• 2. Log into your Bullfeet account and open a claim on the order in question. Enter a digital copy of the invoice
• .
• 3. Bullfeet will refund the costs* within 72 hours
• 3.

• Claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the package
.
• Returns will only be made if a valid invoice has been provided within 30 days of receipt of the order
.
• Refund of adjustments is limited to 25% of the product price
.
• If the invoice is submitted after the expiration of the statutory 30 days, but within 90 days after receipt, the 25% refund will be in discount credit.
• If the adjustments are on a free reshipment, the 25% refund will always be in credit
.

• The new product must be the same as the original
.
• To order a new production, the original garments must be returned to one of our quality control centres. Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
• Style and fabric changes are subject to additional charges: fabric price difference + 20% of the original price for style change
.
• Fabric changes will be free of charge only if the fabric of the original product is no longer available
.
• Bullfeet reserves the right to refuse reshipment requests in cases where our professionals consider alterations to be the most appropriate option, the garments are not in perfect condition and the customer does not cooperate with the information requested for reshipment.

8. Cancellation

Bullfeet only allows the cancellation of an order if it is made within 24 hours. After this time, Bullfeet does not offer the possibility to cancel an order as production has started and non-recoverable costs (fabrics, tailor's time, etc.) have been incurred.

9. Modifications and Content Accuracy

Bullfeet reserves the right to make the unannounced changes it deems appropriate on its website, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its website, for improvement and renewal purposes.

10. Exclusion Rights

Bullfeet reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Bullfeet website and its contents, including services, programes, data, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as the software, commercial names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial drawings and any other signs susceptible of industrial and commercial use (i) are the property of Bullfeet and are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that Bullfeet grants a license or gives up, transmits, totally or partially transfers said rights, nor does it confer any right or expectation of right, and in particular of alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said contents without the prior express and written authorization of Bullfeet or of the corresponding owners. The user may only use the website and its contents for personal and private use. Any other use is prohibited and will require the user to obtain prior express written authorization from Bullfeet. Bullfeet uses its reasonable endeavours to ensure that this website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content. You may use, download and print content from the site solely for Your own personal or non-commercial personal use. Except for your own personal use or internal business purposes, you may not do any of the following without obtaining the prior written consent of Bullfeet:
