Do you accept exchanges and refunds?
We accept size changes, size up/size down as long as the product is not used and it is notified within 15 days of receiving the order.
As we work on demand,manufacture exclusively for each customer, being a personalised product and not having stock, returns are unfeasible for us, thus we are unable to accept product returns.
If you wish to make a gift to someone and have doubts about the right gift, the best option is our GIFT CARD, so that the person who gets it can design the product to suit their own taste.
