I want to change the measurement profile assigned to one of my orders.

You can make changes up to 24 hours after placing your order.

To change the measurement profile associated with one of your orders, simply follow these instructions: Change the profile after and order has been processed.

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is already in production so unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to it. Remember that each order is handcraft and customised for each customer, meaning that it cannot be re-sold or re-used, which is why we cannot cancel an order or part of it once it has been initiated.

*Priority Access orders cannot be modified. Orders with Priority Access are processed as soon as they are received.

Measurements in my personal area

Once you have completed your first order, you can always access your measurement profiles from your personal area. Log in to your Bullfeet account, click on "Profiles" and you can create a new measurement profile or modify your existing ones: Customer measurements profiles

In case you want to check which measurement profile has been used in previous orders, you should visit this section: Order history
