I want to change a fabric / product material
If you have placed an order and in the following hours you want to make change any fabric or material, you can send us an email to customer@bullfeet.com or by WhatsApp (icon on the web) as long as we have not initiated the manufacturing of your product, we will be able to change the fabric/material for the one you indicate (as long as the price is the same).
If your product is already being manufactured, unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes to it. Remember that each product is handmade exclusively for each customer, thus it cannot be re-sold nor re-used, which is why we are unable to cancel an order once it has been initiated.
